Junior Photo Agent
-Promote the agency and its artists (new and existing) and broaden the presence of the agency in the local, national and international markets.
-Contact prospective clients and arrange meetings to introduce artists and agency. Engage in client and artist liaison.
-Contribute to agency sales strategy.
-Propose potential new talent for consideration with the agency in keeping with the agency’s roster.
-Production and coordination for agency jobs and artists’ projects.
-Administration related to production, jobs, roster and agency management.
-Oversee interns and assistants as needed.
-Assist Senior Agents with jobs and responsibilities.
-Negotiating fees and usage.
-Assist with design, marketing materials, social media, website, pdfs, presentations and public facing content from the agency.
Minimum Requirements
-2+ years of industry experience
-Adobe InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Bridge, Mac OS, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite
-Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Design, Marketing, Communications or similar
Preferred Qualifications
-1+ year experience in a similar role
-1+ year brand-owned social media management and strategy experience
-1+ year sales experience
